oberWeis Dairy is a brand that’s popular in Germany.
It’s also known for their gluten free cake.
But for me, they have the most dairy free cake recipe.
It is one of the best I have ever made.
So, I decided to share it with you guys.
ober Weis Dairy Dairy Free Chocolate Cake Recipe Ingredients 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate cake mix (I used this recipe) 1 1 1 /2 cups powdered sugar (I added a bit more sugar) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup white chocolate chips (I use this brand from Germany) 2 tbsp cornstarch 1/4 cup water Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together milk chocolate and powdered sugar in a small bowl.
Beat in vanilla extract.
Add cornstech and water and beat until smooth.
Pour into a baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Cool slightly before frosting.
Recipe Notes If you are allergic to eggs or dairy, you can omit the cornstch.
You can also replace the powdered sugar with a different sweetener like agave or agave nectar.
You may also use other powdered sugars, such as almond or coconut.
