A dairy farmer who lives in an evergreen dairy farm has learned the hard way to keep his dairy farms fresh and vibrant with his own evergreen milk bar.
The dairy farmer, who is a self-described “vegan and vegan-friendly farmer,” started to grow a dairy bar after learning about the evergreen concept, which involves growing milk and then freezing it.
In the process, the farmer was able to produce dairy products with less energy, and in the process also learn about the process of the dairy process.
He began to build his own dairy bar to showcase the dairy farmer’s process.

He says, “I just want to make a healthy product that is good for the planet and I want to give my customers what they want.”
While the dairy farm is a dairy farm, the dairy is made entirely from grass-fed, organic milk.
The dairy farmer says he uses a “small amount of antibiotics, herbicides and chemicals to make my milk.
He also uses only a small amount of animal products.”
